Welcome to Peak Body. We are committed to protecting your health data. Peak Body is designed to be a fully offline application, meaning your sensitive medical and physical information never leaves your device.
Our Zero-Data Philosophy
Unlike most health apps, Peak Body operates without a central database. We don't want your data; we want you to have it. Your calculations, history, and goals are stored exclusively within your phone's secure local sandbox.
1. Information Collection
Peak Body does not collect any personal identifiable information (PII). Any metrics you input—such as weight, height, age, and activity level—are processed locally to provide you with BMI and TDEE insights. We do not track your location, account details, or use your camera.
2. Data Security
Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security. We use industry-standard Flutter storage encryption to ensure that even if someone handles your phone, your health metrics remain private.
3. Standalone Integrity
Peak Body is 100% standalone. We do not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics or Firebase) that track user behavior. There are no advertisements or hidden tracking scripts. What you see is exactly what you get: a clean, functional tool.
4. User Rights
You have absolute control. At any point, you can clear all data within the app settings. Deleting the application immediately and permanently wipes every byte of health data associated with Peak Body from your device. No cloud backups, no "ghost" data.
5. Changes to This Policy
While we don't expect our offline nature to change, we may update this policy to reflect new features. We will notify users of any significant changes via in-app updates.
